ACCESS 13 Internet Host provides World Wide Web access to participating Trustees at one web site. This capability is available to any Chapter 13 Trustee and provides an economical means for Internet service to any authorized party.

ACCESS 13 Trustee In-House Site is maintained in the Trustee's office. It permits access to a copy of trustee data files with a simple modem connection. Access 13 also provides an electronic mail service for users to communicate with each other.

ACCESS 13 Creditor Link Site is tailored to the creditor's needs. This site provides the Creditor with modem access to details on bankruptcy case data from many Trustees with one call. Flexible customization of reports is available to meet a creditor's special needs.

Search by last name to find cases listed alphabetically by last name

Search by creditor or other interested party to find cases for a particular creditor, attorney, judge or employer. These are sorted by interested party name.
